Job Description

Job Description: Business Development Associate
Location: Remote
Type: Fulltime

At Hubnex Labs we re looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Associate to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about sales and business growth. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue building strong client relationships and expanding our market presence across industries. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business leads through various channels including cold calling email outreach and networking.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong longlasting relationships with potential and existing clients ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospects showcasing Hubnex Labs solutions and their value.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead the negotiation process handle objections and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and market opportunities to identify areas for growth and potential clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and report on progress against sales targets and objectives.

What We re Looking For

  • Sales Experience: 12 years of experience in business development sales or a similar role. Freshers with a strong desire to learn and grow in sales are also welcome to apply.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage clients and articulate solutions effectively.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
  • GoalOriented: Ability to set and achieve sales targets with a resultsdriven mindset.
  • ProblemSolving Skills: Ability to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and alignment with company goals.
  • TechSavvy: Familiarity with CRM software sales tools and basic knowledge of digital marketing.
