Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business leads through various channels including cold calling email outreach and networking.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong longlasting relationships with potential and existing clients ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospects showcasing Hubnex Labs solutions and their value.
- Negotiation and Closing: Lead the negotiation process handle objections and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and market opportunities to identify areas for growth and potential clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and report on progress against sales targets and objectives.
What We re Looking For
- Sales Experience: 12 years of experience in business development sales or a similar role. Freshers with a strong desire to learn and grow in sales are also welcome to apply.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage clients and articulate solutions effectively.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
- GoalOriented: Ability to set and achieve sales targets with a resultsdriven mindset.
- ProblemSolving Skills: Ability to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and alignment with company goals.
