Job Description
- Develop and refine the companys recruitment strategy aligned with business goals.
- Identify market opportunities and build innovative talent acquisition solutions.
- Lead the recruitment team in sourcing interviewing and selecting candidates.

- Collaborate with cofounders to define company culture and values.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practices.
- Develop training and development programs to enhance team capabilities.
- Engage in strategic networking to promote the company and its vision.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to achieve recruitment targets.
- Facilitate workshops and webinars on recruitment methodologies.
- Actively seek feedback from employees to improve recruitment processes.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the recruitment team.
- Proven track record in recruitment or human resources.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Human Resources or related field.
- 8 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles.
- Prior experience in a startup environment is a plus.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and strategies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Strong analytical skills for datadriven decision making.
- Familiarity with varied recruiting techniques and platforms.
