Job Description

Overview
The Cofounder position is a pivotal role in the recruitment domain particularly for a remote startup focused on enhancing talent acquisition strategies in a competitive market. Key Responsibilities

  • Establish metrics to monitor recruiting effectiveness and implement improvements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners and networks.

  • Conduct indepth market research to understand industry dynamics.
  • Collaborate with cofounders to define company culture and values.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practices.

Required Qualifications
  • Proven track record in recruitment or human resources.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Human Resources or related field.
  • 8 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles.
  • Prior experience in a startup environment is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
