- Assist in the planning and coordination of IT projects ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Maintain project documentation including plans schedules and status reports.
- Monitor project progress and performance identifying and addressing issues or risks.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates and facilitate collaboration.
- Organize and schedule project meetings prepare agendas and record meeting minutes.
- Track project expenses and manage budgets in collaboration with project managers.
- Support the preparation of project deliverables and ensure compliance with company standards.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in information technology Business Administration or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in project coordination preferably in an IT product or servicebased environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g. MS Project Jira Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall) is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field. Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. Fluency in English and Swahili is required; knowledge of other local languages is a plus.
