Job Responsibilities:
1 Identify and evaluate projects on Upwork that fit our screening criteria.
2 Review the requirements and place proposals.
3 Respond to messages received in placed proposals with the discovery calls.
4 Collaborate with the technical and delivery team for the next round of discussion if required.
5 Build a strong pipeline and win projects and manage the CRM.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Research: Regularly brows Upwork to find projects that match our capabilities and goals.
Proposal Writing: Craft Personalized and compelling proposals for each project clearly outlining our strengths and how we can meet client needs.
Client Communication: Engage with potential clients to answer questions and clarify project requirements.
Market Anaalysis: Analyze trends in bidding strategies and client preference to optimize our approach.
Performance Tracking: Monitor the success rate of proposal and gather feedback to improve future bids.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in bidding on Upwork or similar platform.
2. Strong written communications skills with a focus on clarity and persuasion.
3. Ability to analyze job postings and identify opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience securing high ticket projects with measurable results.
2. Familiarity with IT services Digital Marketing Administration or related domains.
