Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive Upwork Bid Strategist with experience in lead generation and Upwork bidding. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients crafting compelling proposals and securing projects that align with our companys expertise. This role requires excellent communication skills a strategic mindset and proven success in leveraging Upwork to generate leads and build client relationships.
Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential clients on Upwork.

Craft customized winning proposals tailored to client needs.

Maintain a consistent bidding strategy to maximize lead generation.

Communicate effectively with clients to understand project requirements.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Track analyze and report bidding success rates and project acquisition metrics.
Requirements:

Proven experience in lead generation and successful Upwork bidding.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
.
Ability to write personalized and engaging proposals.
.
Strong understanding of client relationship management.
.
Familiarity with digital marketing SEO IT or relevant industries is a plus.

Selfmotivated and resultsdriven with excellent organizational skills.
