Job Description
- Lead and manage installation and construction projects from conception to completion.
- Coordinate daily activities and schedules of installation teams.
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and complies with safety regulations.
- Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the installation process.
- Document project progress and maintain accurate reports for management.
- Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration among staff.
- Continuously assess project risks and make contingency plans.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate s or bachelor s degree in construction management or related field is preferred.
- 1 years of experience in construction or installation management.
- Proven leadership experience in managing teams for construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problemsolving skills with a strong attention to detail.
