Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to act as the Regional Sales Head for North and East India. The ideal candidate will drive SaaS and solution sales while targeting government sectors (PSUs) and private organizations. The role demands exceptional sales acumen strategic leadership and the ability to navigate a complex business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the assigned region.
- Drive solutionbased sales of our DXP focusing on customer acquisition and retention.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the government sector (PSUs) and private enterprises.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company footprint across North and East India.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to align sales goals and strategies.
- Lead sales initiatives including presentations proposals and contract negotiations.
- Ensure consistent and accurate sales forecasting and reporting.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in SaaS or solution sales with a proven track record of success.
- At least 45 years of experience in government sector (PSUs) sales.
- Strong knowledge of the North and East Indian markets.
- Exceptional leadership skills acting as a Regional Sales Head.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
- Excellent communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
