*Key Responsibilities:*
*Business Development (50%)*
*Market Research:* Identify potential business opportunities trends and competitors in the tech and service sectors.
*Lead Generation:* Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through research and outreach.
*Client Engagement:* Assist in drafting and sending client communications followups and proposals.
*Collaboration:* Work with internal teams to align service offerings with client needs.
*Performance Reporting:* Track and report business development metrics weekly.
Recruitment (50%)*
*Sourcing Talent:* Use platforms like LinkedIn Naukri and others to source candidates for various roles.
*Candidate Screening:* Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interviews.
*Job Posting:* Create and manage job descriptions and postings on recruitment platforms.
*Documentation:* Maintain organized records of candidates job applications and hiring progress.
*Followups:* Communicate with candidates during the hiring process to ensure a seamless experience.
*Qualifications:*
*Education:*
Enrolled in or recently graduated with a degree in Business Administration Human Resources or related fields.
*Skills:*
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of business development and recruitment principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM or recruitment software is a plus.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
