Job Description
- Lead the design and development of AEM Forms solutions ensuring best practices are followed.
- Conduct architectural reviews and provide technical guidance to the development team.
- Collaborate with product managers to gather and refine requirements for new features.
- Mentor junior developers and promote skill development within the team.
- Ensure highquality deliverables through rigorous code reviews and testing protocols.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for stakeholders addressing queries and concerns.
- Manage project timelines resource allocation and deliverable scheduling.
- Utilize Agile methodologies to optimize team productivity and enhance workflow.
- Stay updated with the latest AEM Forms features and technology trends.
- Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and technical challenges.
- Document technical specifications development processes and system configurations.
- Drive the adoption of DevOps practices within the AEM Forms team.
- Participate in client meetings to understand their needs and present solutions.
- Ensure compliance with security and data privacy regulations relevant to AEM Forms.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate AEM Forms with existing technology stacks.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in AEM development with a focus on AEM Forms.
- Proven experience in a leadership or tech lead role.
- Strong understanding of web technologies including HTML CSS JavaScript and XML.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Proficiency in architectural design and development patterns for web applications.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integrating external systems.
- Familiarity with version control systems preferably Git.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Experience in performance optimization and troubleshooting complex issues.
- Understanding of security best practices in web development.
- Exceptional time management skills with a capacity to handle multiple projects.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality solutions.
- Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
