Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and specifications
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract IT professionals
- Create compelling job descriptions that align with company culture and goals

- Screen resumes and applications for qualified candidates
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates technical skills and cultural fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams
- Provide candidates with information about the company position and benefits
- Manage the offer process including salary negotiation and onboarding
- Monitor industry trends and competitor recruiting strategies
- Maintain an organized and uptodate applicant tracking system
- Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals and potential candidates
- Gather feedback from hiring managers on candidates and recruitment processes
- Participate in career fairs and networking events to promote the employer brand
- Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and performance analysis
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- 1 years of experience in IT recruitment or technical staffing
- Strong understanding of IT roles technologies and skill sets
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software
- Experience with various sourcing techniques including Boolean search
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to assess candidates effectively and make informed recommendations
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
