Qualifications

They should possess a high degree of operational knowledge within at least one of the following areas: Claims / Encounters Provider/Network Clinical Customer Service Digital Enrollment Finance Sales & Benefits or Data Migration

The ideal candidate must know how to take initiate and a selfstarter

They should have a strong background in project implementations requirements gathering & documentation testing Operations functions QNXT Commercial LOBs communication and most importantly have a strong work ethic

Responsibilities

These positions will be responsible for the implementation and support of quality initiatives within assigned areas specifically to support the implementation of Commercial LOBs into QNXT

These Business Analysts will serve as a liaison between internal/external customers and IT for business definition scope testing and implementation to ensure quality efficiency effectiveness and customer knowledge to improve business practices

The main function of the BAs is to elicit requirements document requirements and drive these projects for the business areas as SMEs
