We are looking for a candidate for Happay Implementation & Governance to lead the endtoend deployment of Happays Travel and Expense Management (T&E) solutions. The role involves working closely with customers ensuring successful implementation governance user adoption and ongoing support. You will be the primary point of contact for clients helping them optimize their workflows and maintain compliance with company policies.
MustHave Skills & Experience:
Documentation & Process Mapping: Handson experience in BRD SRS Test Cases and Process Flows.
Software Implementation: Prior experience in ERP or software implementation as part of a project team.
Business & Manufacturing Automation: Experience working as a Business Analyst for Business or Manufacturing Automation Projects.
CustomerFacing Experience: Ability to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively.
Strong Analytical & ProblemSolving Skills: Critical thinking and project management capabilities.
Excellent Communication: Proficiency in written and verbal English communication.
Knowledge of IT Delivery Life Cycle: Understanding of IT planning methodologies and tools.
Business Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel for business engagements.
Strong Interest in Emerging Technologies: Ability to assess and propose technologydriven solutions.
GoodtoHave Skills & Experience:
Experience with SaaS Implementation: Previous SaaS project experience is highly preferred.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of SQL / MySQL / NoSQL / Big Data databases Excel VBA and integration technologies.
Proficiency in Tools: Prior experience with Confluence JIRA Zoho Lucid Chart or similar platforms.
Market & Industry Awareness: Understanding of latest industry trends and innovations.
Architecture & Open Source Technologies: Familiarity with common architecture frameworks and opensource solutions.
Expertise in Advanced IT Domains: Exposure to Cloud Computing Big Data Automated BPM ESB technologies Web & Mobile Technologies Open Source Software and NextGen IT advancements.

Do a thorough fitment evaluation and document it. Discuss exceptions if any with the customer and get a consent from the customer
