Job Description

Growth Marketing Strategist Paid Media
Were seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Strategist to drive our B2B SaaS customer acquisition efforts through strategic paid media campaigns. In this role youll own our paid acquisition strategy across multiple channels optimize our marketing spend and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to accelerate our growth trajectory. This role will report directly to the Senior Director of Growth Marketing.

As a Growth Marketing Strategist your key responsibilities typically include:
  • Execute and optimize comprehensive paid media strategies across LinkedIn Google/Bing Ads and programmatic platforms.
  • Manage substantial monthly ad spend while maintaining and improving KPIs.
  • Create and optimize fullfunnel campaigns targeting enterprise decisionmakers.
  • Analyze campaign performance conduct A/B tests and leverage data insights to refine targeting and messaging.
  • Present performance metrics and strategic recommendations to leadership.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing with at least 2 years focused on paid media.
  • Proven track record of managing successful LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of B2B buying cycles and enterprise sales processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using marketing analytics tools (GA4 GTM etc.).
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo HubSpot or similar).
  • Datadriven approach to optimization and budget allocation.
Additional Details:
  • Must be able to work Eastern Time Zone hours.
  • Employment Type: Fulltime
