About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and resourceful Recruiter with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a recruitment consultancy. Key Responsibilities:
- EndtoEnd Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle including sourcing screening scheduling interviews and onboarding candidates for IT and NonIT roles.
- Client Handling: Collaborate with clients to understand job requirements company culture and recruitment goals.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize job portals social media networking sites and other channels to source potential candidates.
- Screening and Shortlisting: Evaluate candidates based on technical skills experience and cultural fit for client organizations.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between clients and candidates ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
- Database Management: Maintain an organized and updated talent pool in the recruitment database.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on market trends salary benchmarks and industryspecific hiring challenges.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to clients and management on recruitment progress.
Key Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience in a recruitment consultancy handling both IT and NonIT roles.
Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of recruitment practices and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using job portals ATS systems and social media for recruitment.
