Key Responsibilities
Service Delivery
- Will be responsible for production floor operations driving Key performance metrics and client SLAs.
- Build and maintain strong partnership with client Stakeholders.
- Act as a primary point of contact for escalated issues and escalations.
- Will be responsible for P&L of the account ensuring account is exceeding the revenue and profitability goals.
- Develop and lead strategic planning process and 3year vision plans.
- Quality Assurance
- Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the team.
- Seamlessly drive Change management process across the Account.
- Build robust mechanisms for Auditing and Coaching to deliver Quality results.
- Oversee gaps between teams processes and systems to reduce exposure to classic failure modes.
- Identify Programs risks and have periodic Hygiene check mechanism.
- Operational Excellence:
- Foster a culture of Generating Ideas and Continuous Improvement Projects.
- Identify Opportunities or Gaps in existing processes and partner with clients on problem solving.
Team and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work closely with the internal leadership and Client Leadership to influence strategic direction.
- Lead Strategic / Quarterly/ Weekly Business Reviews and showcase the Account Capability and Value proposition.
- Develop and manage communication strategies including staff meetings newsletters and internal communication.
- People Growth and Development:
- Will be responsible for People Metric goals such as Employee Retention and Shrinkage.
- Will be responsible to promote a Bias free work Environment and deliver Strong Employee Net Promoter Score for the Program.
- Foster Employee growth through learning and Development and career Mapping.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Education: A bachelor s degree or equivalent Work Experience.
Skills:
- Proven ability to manage changing priorities and make sound decisions in stressful situations.
- Strong problemsolving mathematical and analytical skills with a datadriven approach.
- Proficiency in effective communication of goals and strategies across multiple leadership levels.
- Experience in influencing stakeholders and driving process improvements.
- Executivelevel written and oral communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple competing projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Demonstrate success in strategic thinking and methodical execution.
