Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing customer inquiries through various channels including phone email and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Help organize and participate in customer outreach initiatives such as webinars surveys and focus groups.
- Conduct followup calls or surveys to gather additional customer feedback.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback from various sources to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports on customer satisfaction and success metrics.
- Work with the product and development teams to ensure customer feedback is integrated into product improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interaction activities in the CRM system.
Required Skills:
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Preferably with experience working with SaaS products.
- Preferably with working experience in a startup.
- Technical curiosity or experience willingness to learn new things
- Quick learner adaptable to changing business needs
- Proven ability to educate executive decisionmakers building and maintaining relationships with them.
