Role & responsibilities:
* Manage endtoend recruitment for Retail Pharmacist/Retail roles.
* Execute bulk hiring for multiple positions.
* Source screen and interview candidates efficiently.
* Work closely with hiring Heads to meet hiring needs.
Ensure a smooth recruitment process and positive candidate experience.
Preferred candidate profile
- 5 years of recruitment experience focusing on Bulk Hiring.
- Strong sourcing screening and interview skills.
- Ability to manage highvolume hiring in a fastpaced environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ensures comprehensive workforce planning that takes into consideration current and future business needs.
- Lead and deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business
- Ensures a competitive salary structure is in place for all positions.
- Drive HR digitization activities such as Recruitment ORC Career site project PMS C&B & other modules.
- Taking care of regional recruitment for the store level position.
- Handling onboarding and Induction for the new joiners
- Supporting Month end payroll activities
- Working on HR monthly weekly reports.
- Handling Employee grievances etc.
