Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced QA Lead with expertise in UKG Workforce Management (WFM) Pro to oversee and lead functional testing across various modules including Reporting SchedulingEmployee SelfService (ESS) Timekeeping Attendance Mobile and Personas. The ideal candidate will possess indepth knowledge of UKG Dataview Reports and Data Hub and demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills to drive quality assurance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Functional Testing Leadership:
Lead the endtoend functional testing efforts for UKG WFM Pro modules ensuring comprehensive coverage across Reporting Scheduling ESS Timekeeping Mobile Attendance and Personas.
Develop execute and manage test plans test cases and test scripts to validate system functionality against requirements.
Collaboration and Coordination:
Work closely with QAs PdMs Engineering and other stakeholders to understand requirements and align testing efforts.
Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to identify and resolve defects promptly.
UKG Expertise Application:
Leverage advanced knowledge of UKG Dataview Reports and Data Hub to validate data integrity reporting accuracy and system performance.
Ensure all reports and data outputs meet the businesss compliance and operational needs.
Quality Assurance Practices:
Establish and enforce QA best practices including defect management root cause analysis and test environment management.
Monitor and report on testing progress metrics and outcomes to stakeholders.
Team Mentorship and Guidance:
Mentor and guide QA team members fostering a collaborative and highperforming team culture.
Lead by example to ensure quality and efficiency in testing processes.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience: Minimum 57 years in QA roles with at least 3 years as a QA Lead in projects involving UKG WFM Pro.
UKG Knowledge: Proficiency in UKG Dataview Reports and Data Hub. Experience with WFM Pro modules including Timekeeping ESS Attendance and Personas is essential.
Testing Tools: Handson experience with QA tools such as Test AssureJIRA Selenium or equivalent automated test management tools.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with attention to detail.
