Overview
The RNTX Administrative Director of Emergency Services plays a crucial role in overseeing the emergency services department of a healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas.
- Masters degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years Recent acuter care Emergency Department Director experience.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required
- Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) preferred
- Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) preferred
- Previous experience in a leadership role within healthcare.
- Strong knowledge of emergency care protocols and practices.
- Proficiency in healthcare management principles.
- Ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience in budget preparation and financial management.
