We are looking to recruit a manager who will report into our Global CEO based in London. The successful candidate will be at the start of this journey with us and will ultimately manage a headcount of circa 35 employees.
Duties will include but are not limited too:
- Developing job descriptions for all roles within the shared service function.
- Overseeing the recruitment within all workstreams including designing adverts sourcing and screening candidates and attending interviews with the function leads.
- Designing implementing and owning an onboarding checklist for all workstreams ensuring access to a clear desk all relevant IT systems ensuring on line learning is completed and health & safety obligations are covered.
- Working with functional leads managing the administrative process around any conduct or capability concerns of a shared service employee in line with local labour laws.
- Manage and approve all absences e.g. holiday and sickness ensuring relevant coverage across the function.
- Ensure workflows/ SOPs are written for each current role within each workstream and before any new role or workstream is introduced to the shared service function.
- Hold regular 121s with each shared service employee and escalate to functional lead any requests for training additional support or any welfare concerns.
- Hold Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with functional lead to review previous and future performance of their workstream whilst identifying any work efficiency improvements
- To ultimately create KPI/ measurement of success matrix within each workstream and report back to the group board.
- Ability to drive a high performance culture whilst it be an engaging place to work.
- Organise regular team social events.
Qualifications :
- Experiencing of leading a team within a shared service function
- Ideally HR qualified or minimum of 3 years working experience
- Proven track record or implementing process or systems improvements
- Ability to travel internationally as and when required
- Ability to work out of hours to meet the needs of the global business
