Job Description
- Lead and manage the clinical team including the trichologist and coordination with the surgeons.
- Develop and implement clinical protocols guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent and highquality service delivery.
- Provide clinical expertise and guidance to the team ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.
- Monitor and evaluate clinical outcomes patient satisfaction and safety measures to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the research and development team to stay uptodate with advancements in hair replacement techniques and technologies.
- Stay informed about regulatory requirements standards and guidelines related to hair replacement procedures and ensure compliance within the organization.
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops for the clinical team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning innovation and excellence within the clinical department.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners such as medical professionals suppliers and relevant organizations.
- Participate in marketing and business development initiatives by providing clinical insights contributing to content creation and representing the company at conferences and events.
- Coordinate with the Trichologist & Procedure Managers and make sure the revenue target for the department is achieved.
- Lead and expand the Advanced Esthetica along with Hair Restoration.
- Medical degree / MBA or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a clinical setting preferably in the field of hair replacement or cosmetic surgery.
- Indepth knowledge of hair restoration techniques including surgical and nonsurgical procedures.
- Strong understanding of clinical operations quality assurance and patient safety protocols.
- Excellent leadership team management and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex medical information to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards for hair replacement procedures.
- Proactive approach to problemsolving and ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Willingness to stay updated with the latest developments and trends in the field of hair restoration.
