Job Description
- Requirement Analysis:
- Gather analyze and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews workshops and user stories.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams.
- Project Management Support:
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of solutions within scope and budget.
- Monitor project progress and identify risks or bottlenecks.
- Communication & Collaboration:
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Facilitate communication to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Prepare functional requirement documents user manuals and training materials.
- Present findings and solutions to stakeholders through structured reports and visualizations.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business analysis.
- Identify opportunities to enhance client business processes using cuttingedge technology.
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Computer Science or a related field.
- 1 years of experience as a Business Analyst preferably in a B2B IT services environment.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a focus on datadriven decisionmaking.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g. JIRA Confluence Visio) and data visualization platforms (e.g. Tableau Power BI).
- Familiarity with digital marketing and analysis of PPC or competitor campaigns is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is desirable.
