Job Description


The Customer Support Representative plays a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing outstanding support to clients via various communication channels including phone email and chat. This position is especially crucial as it directly impacts the customer s perception of the company and its services. Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and care.
  • Follow up on customer issues to ensure resolution.
  • Provide product information and guidance to assist customers in making informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and share best practices.
  • Conduct customer surveys to gauge satisfaction and areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on company products services and policies.
  • Educate customers on selfservice options and available resources.
  • Assist in training new hires and provide feedback on their performance.
  • Handle high call volumes and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss performance metrics.
  • Support marketing initiatives by providing customer insights from interactions.


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using computers and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Exceptional problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to handle difficult conversations with empathy and respect.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience working remotely is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends.
