Key Responsibilities

• HandsOn Product Development: Lead by example with active involvement in coding code reviews and problemsolving. Ensure highquality output while driving execution across the team.
• Technical Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute the technical roadmap for AIpowered document automation aligning with product goals and customer needs while delivering on time.
• CrossFunctional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate customer requirements into actionable features ensuring seamless and agile development.
• System Architecture: Design and implement scalable cloudnative infrastructure to handle highvolume document processing with a focus on security performance and robustness.
• AI & ML Integration: Build and optimize machine learning (ML) and natural language processing (NLP) pipelines for document automation ensuring their smooth integration into backend and frontend systems.
• Performance & Security: Continuously optimize system performance including data pipelines query handling and frontend responsiveness while adhering to best practices in security and compliance.
• Team Mentorship: Mentor and guide engineers across backend frontend and ML teams fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• UserCentric Design: Collaborate with the fullstack team to deliver intuitive highperformance user experiences tailored to enterprise needs.

What You Bring

• Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience:
• 10 years in engineering with at least 3 years in technical leadership roles.
• Proven track record of delivering handson technical solutions for AIpowered or document automation products.
• Technical Proficiency:
• Strong background in fullstack development including backend and frontend engineering.
• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS GCP Azure) and modern infrastructure.
• Handson experience with ML/NLP model development and integration for tasks like document search data extraction and automation.
• Security Expertise: Indepth knowledge of secure data handling authentication and compliance standards for sensitive document processing.
• Execution Excellence: Ability to prioritize and deliver highquality projects in a fastpaced executiondriven environment.
• Collaboration Skills: Effective communication and crossfunctional collaboration with product design and engineering teams.
• Leadership: Demonstrated success in building highperforming teams mentoring engineers and fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
