We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist. You will be the first point of contact for our customers providing exceptional support and ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
Mandatory (minimum 1 years of experience as a technical support)
Location: United States (remote) Candidates from ( Tennessee Arizona Florida)
Note: This job require 1020% onsite smart lock installation support (Travelling charges will be reimbursed)
- Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with technical issues via email chat and phone.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot problems identify root causes and provide solutions.
- Escalate complex issues to higherlevel support when necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions.
- Qualifications
- Strong English communication skills both written and verbal.
- Excellent problemsolving abilities and a customeroriented mindset.
- Familiarity with SAAS products and technical support experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Node.js JavaScript & MySQL(Strong Knowledge).
- Experience with Hardware/IoT devices ideally Smarthome Devices like Smart Loct etc.
