Job Description
- Provide leadership and oversight for highimpact projects ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Manage and resolve project conflicts timelines and resource challenges across different teams.
- Support the Commercial and Technical Programs Team by addressing technical logistics and commercial issues.
- Apply creative problemsolving to remove roadblocks and complete critical project actions.
- Lead project teams delegate tasks and provide strategic vision to drive project success.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with all organizational levels to keep stakeholders informed.
- Utilize Visual Project Management (VPM) tools and advanced project management processes to optimize project outcomes.
- 57 years of experience in project management.
- Demonstrated skill in managing complex projects including conflict resolution and timeline management.
- Commercial marketing or product management experience in the life sciences industry.
- Familiarity with Clients Business Systems (CBS) tools practices and procedures.
- Experience with Visual Project Management (VPM) tools and advanced project management processes.
- Proven ability to lead project teams and work with crossfunctional stakeholders.
