We are seeking a fulltime remote Customer Support Specialist. You will be the first point of contact for our customers providing exceptional support and ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers in connecting hardware devices to smart applications guiding them through setup and configuration processes.
- Assist customers with technical issues via email chat and phone.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot problems identify root causes and provide solutions.
- Escalate complex issues to higherlevel support when necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Strong English communication skills both written and verbal.
- Excellent problemsolving abilities and a customeroriented mindset.
- Familiarity with SAAS products and technical support experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Basic Programing Skills
