Broad Functions and Purpose of Position:
A technical sales engineering role that focuses on Tooling & Composite business operations growth strategies and profitability of the Advanced Resins Business.
This position will be responsible for developing new customer growth and performance. This includes product demonstration at customer end leading business development efforts and ensuring the delivery of innovative solutions. The role demands leadership strategic thinking and an indepth understanding of the Advanced Resins business including sales product development and customer expectations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute the business strategy for the Advanced Resins business in alignment with defined key initiatives
- Drive revenue growth through new business acquisition partnerships and market expansion.
- Identify industry trends opportunities and competitive threats to gain market leadership.
Profitability & Financial Management:
- Ensure accurate financial forecasting budgeting and reporting.
Sales & Marketing Management:
- Lead sales and marketing initiatives to drive product adoption increase market share and enhance brand visibility.
- Develop and implement new application to various industries.
- Foster strong relationships with customers and other key stakeholders.
Product Development & Innovation:
- Collaborate with technical departments to introduce new products or services in line with market demands.
- Collaborate with customer from product introduction to final trail & approval ensuring that the portfolio remains competitive.
Operational Excellence:
- Align with team to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Build a culture of collaboration innovation and accountability.
- Coordinate crossfunctional teams (sales marketing R&D operations) to achieve business goals.
- Ability to plan and execute work as per desired quality & estimated time.
Stakeholder Management:
- Engage with key external stakeholders including suppliers partners government bodies and industry associations.
- Present business performance and growth plans to executive leadership.
Qualifications/Experience/Education:
Education:
- Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering / Polymer Engineering.
Experience:
- Experience in manufacturing industry 23 years Mechanical / Electronics.
- Worked with technician / shop floor supervisor to coordinate smooth operation.
- Basic knowledge on Mold making & Electronics Potting application.
Skills:
- Strong business acumen with understanding of Advanced Resins market trends.
- Exceptional leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to drive datadriven decisions.
- Ability to build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external.

Working Conditions:
- Fulltime based at Pune.
