We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven IT Staffing Sales Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the IT staffing industry and a strong understanding of the recruitment and sales process. This role involves generating new business opportunities building longlasting client relationships and closing sales for both permanent and contract staffing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify pursue and close new business opportunities in the IT staffing industry.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decisionmakers (HR managers IT heads Clevel executives) to understand their staffing needs.
- Present and sell IT staffing services including FTE/permanent staffing and contractual staffing/staff augmentation.
- Generate leads through cold calling email marketing networking and social media.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients ensuring profitable margins.
- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to match client requirements with qualified candidates.
- Stay updated on IT industry trends job market developments and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in IT staffing sales with a minimum of 23 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of IT roles skillsets and technologies (e.g. software development cloud data infrastructure).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and nurture client relationships.
- Experience with lead generation cold calling and business development strategies.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes contracts and staffing models.
- Selfmotivated goaloriented and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
- Bachelors degree in Business IT or a related field is preferred.
