Job Description

Title : Head / Director of Business Development

Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Business Development to lead our domestic IT Staffing business growth initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in identifying new Domestic IT Staffing business opportunities building strong relationships and driving revenue growth.
This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments.
The Head of Business Development will be responsible for developing and implementing Domestic IT Staffing business strategies managing a team of business development professionals and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of market trends customer needs and competitive landscape.
They will also be adept at negotiating and closing deals as well as managing key client relationships.
This is a seniorlevel position that requires a high level of expertise and experience in business development sales and marketing.
The Head of Business Development will report directly to the CEO and will be a key member of the executive team.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Domestic IT Staffing business development strategies.
  • Identify and pursue new Domestic IT Staffing business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Collaborate with recruitment departments to achieve business goals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Negotiate and close business deals.
  • Ensure the achievement of sales targets.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development sales or marketing.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
