Job Summary: As a Tech Recruiter you ll develop recruiting strategies source candidates and manage the hiring process. Collaborating closely with hiring managers youll help attract top tech talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Create innovative strategies to attract tech talent.
Source candidates using opensource tools not paid job boards.
Conduct screenings and interviews for skills and cultural fit.
Ensure a positive candidate experience with timely communication.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline.
Continue to engage with clients schedule interviews solicit and act on feedback and at the end of the day ensure mutual win:win
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills and ability to manage priorities.
Selfdriven If I have to follow up or monitor every other minute Id rather do the job myself.
Tech recruiting experience ideally in startups will be a PLUS.
Strong understanding of tech roles.
