Overview:
The Oracle HCM Absence/Core HR/Payroll role is a critical position within the organization responsible for managing and maintaining the Oracle Human Capital Management system specifically focusing on Absence Core HR and Payroll modules. This individual plays a crucial part in ensuring accurate and efficient personnel management payroll processing and absence tracking within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design configure and implement Oracle HCM Absence Core HR and Payroll modules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions for absence and payroll management.
- Perform system testing troubleshooting and issue resolution for Oracle HCM modules.
- Support and maintain the Oracle HCM system addressing any functional or technical issues.
- Develop and maintain custom reports using SQL and PL/SQL for data analysis and reporting purposes.
- Participate in system upgrades patches and enhancements related to Absence Core HR and Payroll modules.
- Train end users on system functionality and best practices for Oracle HCM modules.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to absence and payroll management.
- Conduct regular audits to validate data accuracy and integrity within the Oracle HCM system.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Human Resources or related field.
- 4 years of handson experience with Oracle HCM Absence Core HR and Payroll modules.
- Solid understanding of HR business processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for data analysis and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within Oracle HCM modules.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement and user training.
- Detailoriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance related to absence and payroll management.
