Skill Set:
- Proficiency in .Net technologies and RDBMS knowledge
- Strong documentation skills
- Collaborative team player
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and vice versa
- Familiarity with banking domain authentication processes and customer engagement systems
Experience:
- B.E. in Computer Science or related field
- 7 to 10 years of experience in software development
- Handson coding experience in .Net technologies (C# ASP.Net SQL) or other related technologies with indepth knowledge of relational databases
- Prior experience in software product development
- Experience in IT product development within the financial services industry
Job Responsibilities:
- Optimize and rationalize technology modules for seamless product development leveraging existing code base
- Lead redesign efforts using Microservices architecture
- Conduct SWOT analysis for product enhancement
- Develop and manage product roadmaps
- Streamline business execution of existing products for a complete endtoend experience
- Drive product development by managing both existing and dedicated developers
