Job Description
- Serve as the Functional Consultant for Oracle EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) and SCM modules leading the analysis design and implementation of business processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements and configure Oracle EBS R12 SCM and EAM modules to meet business needs.
- Lead Oracle EAM implementation projects from end to end including solution design configuration testing and golive activities.
- Customize and enhance Oracle EAM functionality to ensure effective asset management processes including preventive maintenance work order management and asset lifecycle tracking.
- Provide expertise in Oracle SCM modules (such as Inventory Purchasing Order Management) and their integration with Oracle EAM.
- Identify areas for system optimization and provide recommendations for enhancing the performance of Oracle EAM and SCM modules.
- Troubleshoot functional issues ensuring timely resolution for system users and supporting ongoing maintenance.
- Prepare functional specifications for any customizations and work with the technical team to implement those enhancements.
- Conduct training sessions and create user documentation for Oracle SCM and EAM modules to ensure effective user adoption and knowledge transfer.
- Ensure compliance with Oracle EBS best practices and support audits or system reviews as needed.
- 79 years of functional experience in Oracle EBS R12 with strong expertise in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules.
- Extensive handson experience with EAM functionality including asset tracking preventive maintenance work orders and spare parts management.
- Strong knowledge of SCM modules such as Inventory Purchasing Order Management and their integration with EAM.
- Proven experience in Oracle EBS R12 implementations including requirements gathering solution design configuration and golive.
- Ability to perform customizations and enhancements in Oracle EAM and SCM modules to meet clientspecific requirements.
- Solid understanding of Oracle AIM/OUM Methodology and experience working through full project lifecycles.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a focus on delivering optimized solutions.
- Experience with Oracle EBS R12 technical setups interfaces and reporting tools.
- Exposure to Oracle SelfService and its integration with SCMEAM modules.
- Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud SCM would be an added advantage.
- Ability to collaborate with technical teams for the development of custom reports and extensions.
- Bachelor s degree in supply chain management Engineering Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
