Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle EBS HRMS TechnoFunctional Consultant with 79 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive handson experience with Oracle EBusiness Suite HRMS modules including Core HR HR Payroll and SelfService with a strong focus on Fast Formula development and customization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the TechnoFunctional expert for Oracle EBS HRMS modules including Core HR HR Payroll and SelfService.
- Analyse business requirements and map them to Oracle EBS HRMS functionality providing solutions that meet customer needs.
- Customize configure and extend Oracle HRMS modules to support specific business processes and requirements.
- Develop and maintain Fast Formula for Oracle HR and Payroll modules ensuring compliance with organizational policies and statutory requirements.
- Provide functional expertise to assist in troubleshooting bug fixing and user support for Oracle HRMS modules.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement customizations reports and integrations as per the client s requirements.
- Conduct system testing performance tuning and upgrades of Oracle HRMS applications.
- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements design solutions and ensure successful implementation.
- Prepare documentation including configuration documents functional specifications and enduser manuals.
- Provide enduser training and support to ensure efficient use of Oracle HRMS systems.
Required Skills:
- 79 years of handson experience with Oracle EBS HRMS modules (Core HR HR Payroll SelfService).
- Strong expertise in Fast Formula development debugging and customization.
- Technofunctional experience with both technical customizations (PL/SQL APIs reports interfaces) and functional setup of HRMS modules.
- Proficient in Oracle HRMS data flows and able to identify gaps and provide solutions.
- Experience with Payroll processes statutory compliance and handling payroll runs.
- Good understanding of Oracle EBusiness Suite architecture and integration with other modules.
- Knowledge of AIM/OUM Methodology and experience with project lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders at various levels.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Oracle EBS R12.
- Experience in integration of Oracle EBS with thirdparty applications.
- Knowledge of Oracle SelfService workflows and customizations.
- Prior experience with Oracle Cloud HCM would be a plus.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in computer science Information Technology or related fields.
