Job Description

Job Title: Regional Head Operations
Location: Bangalore Karnataka
Reporting to: Head of India Operations
Branches Covered: Bangalore Hyderabad Chennai

Our client is a fastgrowing facility management brand in India with a strong presence across South India offering comprehensive IFM services to corporates in various sectors. We seek a dynamic and resultsdriven Regional Manager Operations to oversee and drive operations across Bangalore Hyderabad and Chennai branches.

Job Summary:
The Regional Manager Operations will be responsible for managing and optimizing the performance of the facility management operations in the southern region mostly in Bangalore Hyderabad and Chennai. The role demands a strong leader with a proven track record in profit & loss (P&L) management client retention and people management. The ideal candidate will be key in ensuring operational efficiency driving business growth and maintaining excellent client relationships across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Facility Operations management in multilocations.
  2. Oversee the financial performance of operations across the region ensuring profitability targets are met or exceeded.
  3. Monitor and control budgets expenses and costs to maintain operational efficiency.
  4. Develop and implement costsaving initiatives while maintaining high service standards.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients. Drive MMR QBR and other key reviews
  6. Drive client satisfaction through consistent communication improvements and valueadded services.
  7. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new regional business opportunities.
  8. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess service delivery client satisfaction and operational effectiveness.
  9. Oversee hiring of quality talents & retention training and staff development ensuring alignment with company goals.
  10. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws regulations HSE & EHS.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor s degree in Business Management Facilities Management Engineering or related field (MBA preferred).
Ten years of experience in operations management within the facility management or a related industry.
Proven experience in managing P&L client relationships and large teams.
Strong leadership communication and problemsolving skills.

Compensation
Budgeted CTC 30 Lacs
