About the Company
Our Client is a global distributor of industrial and electronic components serving customers in automation manufacturing and maintenance.
Responsibilities
We re looking for a strategic and resultsdriven Regional Head of Supply Chain & Operations to oversee regional supply chain align regional business strategies and lead operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across the APAC region.
- Lead development and implementation of operations and distribution strategies across the APAC region;
- Manage regional supply chain networks;
- Spearhead initiatives to continuously improve efficiency and productivity in logistics inventory management and warehouse operations;
- Oversee management of inventory ensuring maximum inventory turnover and cost efficiency;
- Establish and maintain a resilient logistics network that ensures timely and costeffective delivery of products across diverse markets;
- Ensure adherence to local and international regulatory and customs requirements;
- Lead and oversee Environmental Health and Safety initiatives across all operations in the region;
- Manage facilities including offices and warehouses aligning with operational needs;
- Lead and advocate for a robust customerfocused culture incorporating it into supply chain solutions;
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams to develop and execute regional strategies.
Requirements
- Experience in a endtoend warehouse operations and supply chain management;
- Experience leading strategic and operational initiatives;
- Experience managing regional teams;
- Familiarity with process improvement frameworks such as Lean Six Sigma;
- Strong management skills with ability to interact with people from various levels;
- Positive personality with a customercentric attitude;
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure with a cando attitude.
