Our client is a fastgrowing facility management brand in India with a strong presence across India offering comprehensive IFM services to corporates in various sectors. We seek a dynamic and resultsdriven Regional Manager Operations to oversee and drive operations across Mumbai.
Job Summary:
The Regional Manager Operations will be responsible for managing and optimizing the performance of the facility management operations in the West region mostly in Mumbai. The role demands a strong leader with a proven track record in profit & loss (P&L) management client retention and people management. The ideal candidate will be key in ensuring operational efficiency driving business growth and maintaining excellent client relationships across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facility Operations management in multilocations.
- Oversee the financial performance of operations across the region ensuring profitability targets are met or exceeded.
- Monitor and control budgets expenses and costs to maintain operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement costsaving initiatives while maintaining high service standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients. Drive MMR QBR and other key reviews
- Drive client satisfaction through consistent communication improvements and valueadded services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new regional business opportunities.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess service delivery client satisfaction and operational effectiveness.
- Oversee hiring of quality talents & retention training and staff development ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws regulations HSE & EHS.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor s degree in Business Management Facilities Management Engineering or related field (MBA preferred).
Eight years of experience in operations management within the facility management or a related industry.
Proven experience in managing P&L client relationships and large teams.
Strong leadership communication and problemsolving skills.
