Job Description

Company Overview:

The 1% Club is a membersonly club for highly driven individuals who aspire to achieve financial independence and retire early. It provides valuable insights resources and exclusive opportunities to learn network and collaborate with likeminded individuals.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers effectively communicating product features benefits and value propositions.
Collaborate with marketing teams to follow up on leads qualify prospects and nurture relationships throughout the sales cycle.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by converting leads into customers and upselling additional products or services.
Respond to inbound inquiries providing information addressing customer concerns and guiding them through the sales process.
Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate and uptodate records of customer interactions sales activities and opportunities.
Stay informed about industry trends market conditions and competitor offerings to position products effectively.
Develop a deep understanding of the companys products and services to articulate their value proposition to potential customers.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in inside sales or a related role preferably in a technology or B2B environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive and customercentric approach.
Goaloriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Familiarity with CRM software and salesrelated tools.
Adaptability to a dynamic and fastpaced sales environment.
