EDUCATION:
Any Graduate or Interior Diploma.
EXPERIENCE:
Relevant experience or any other products that deals with Home D cor Soft Furnishing architecture hardware or glass industry would be an added advantage.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Preparing Daily & Weekly Progress Report (DPR).
Manage the Project
Taking measurement and handing over document.
Dealing into Vendors issues & providing then with solution.
Controlling and resolving matters arising in contract as well as claims by the contractors.
Taking measurements and handing over document.
Taking care of Workers at different Sites.
Arranging the Material requirement as per site requirement.
Should be able to coordinate with the design team Purchase Contracts Estimation & Vendor.
Should be able to coordinate with the Warehouse operation team Transport loading & unloading vendor.(At Site)
Should have executed various projects in turnkey segment & Glass Partition
Should have fair knowledge of project costing & information about various materials & Site visit Measurement
Excellent communication multitasking & persuasive skills with clients consultants & suppliers
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Ability to translate complicated technical jargon for the average prospects/customer and Workers
Fast learner and passion
Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach
