Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Documentation Management: Review and authorize master and controlled documents to ensure alignment with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Quality Review Process: Conduct comprehensive reviews of complaints change controls Out of Specification (OOS) reports risk assessments and deviations and initiate investigations including Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Documentation and SOPs: Review and approve critical quality documents including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) Batch Packing Records (BPRs) Annual Product Quality Reviews (APQRs) Quality Risk Management (QRM) documentation Site Master Files Validation Master Plans and the Quality Manual.
- Qualification and Validation Oversight: Approve qualityrelated documents such as qualifications validations change controls and APQRs to uphold quality assurance standards.
- Internal Audits: Conduct and coordinate internal quality audits to ensure compliance and foster continuous improvement.
- Training and Development: Organize and conduct training sessions for staff on key quality topics to enhance awareness and compliance with quality standards.
- External Audit Support: Assist in external quality audits to ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance to marketing teams and customers on qualityrelated matters.
- Assist senior management in strategic planning and decisionmaking.
- Supervise team members offering guidance and performance evaluations.
- Manage project timelines and allocate resources effectively.
- Prepare and present regular reports on project status and departmental performance.
- Develop and implement operational policies to streamline processes.
- Foster a positive team culture and encourage professional growth.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for improvement.

Required Qualifications
