Our Role
The Director of Marketing will lead our global marketing team located in both Australia and Canada to help scale our gotomarket and unlock the next phase of growth. This role will have an emphasis on cultivating an effective B2B inbound marketing funnel. You will impact our bottom line directly through owning our top of funnel and focusing on key metrics like bringing in quality MQLs and SQLs.
Whilst creative idea generation is valued we are looking for a strong product marketing lens analyzing lead and customer data and feeding this into the broader growth team working closely with our Operations and Sales teams.

Some of the things you will be responsible for:
- Developing setting and executing the marketing strategy and supporting budget to help achieve our growth objectives.
- Deep dive on the market competitors and our customers to ensure we are nailing product positioning messaging and value proposition.
- Collaborate with Sales Operations and Product to improve sales win rates upselling opportunities and influence product roadmap.
- Being the voice of marketing leadership understanding how to hit targets owning outcomes and staying close to our customers.
- Develop and nurture a small but mighty highperforming marketing team providing mentorship and guidance.
To be successful in this role we are looking for:
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS marketing is essential. Experience in a vertical SaaS marketing role will be ideal.
- Demonstrated ability to take full ownership of inbound funnel with a strong focus on driving leads for our primarily SMB target market.
- Ability to organize and mentor a small and creative team to deliver a clear and coordinated marketing plan.
- Proactive and handson approach ready to step in when needed supporting the team in meeting deadlines quarterly goals and annual objectives.
- Whilst this role is considered to be remote we are specifically looking for you to be located in Vancouver to enable inperson collaboration with our team from time to time.
- Previous exposure to Webflow and Hubspot would be beneficial.
