Role:
Drive the merchandising strategy for our ecommerce platform with a focus on architectural hardware ensuring product visibility customer engagement and sales optimization. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to build a seamless shopping experience and contribute to the company s growth in a startup environment.

Key Responsibilities
Merchandising Strategy & Implementation:
- Develop and execute merchandising strategies tailored to the architectural hardware market.
- Curate product selections that align with market trends customer needs and company objectives.
- Design engaging homepage layouts category pages and product displays to enhance user experience and boost sales.
Product Management:
- Manage the endtoend lifecycle of architectural hardware products from listing creation to stock management.
- Ensure accurate and compelling product descriptions technical specifications and highquality images.
- Monitor inventory levels in collaboration with supply chain teams to prevent stockouts or overstocks.
Performance Analytics:
- Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify topperforming products and optimize underperformers.
- Utilize insights to adjust pricing promotions and product placement strategies.
- Conduct A/B tests on page layouts and product displays to improve conversion rates.
Promotions and Pricing:
- Plan and execute targeted promotional campaigns such as sales for new product launches or seasonal events.
- Monitor competitor pricing within the architectural hardware sector and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to align promotional activities across channels.
Collaboration with CrossFunctional Teams:
- Work closely with design and marketing teams to highlight architectural hardware offerings through SEO social media and email campaigns.
- Partner with UX/UI teams to create a customerfriendly navigation system and shopping experience.
- Collaborate with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure smooth product procurement and timely availability.
Customer Experience Optimization:
- Implement personalization strategies to recommend complementary or trending architectural hardware products.
- Optimize onsite search results for technical and specific product queries.

Trend Analysis and Market Research:

Essential Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in ecommerce merchandising preferably in the architectural hardware industry.
- Strong understanding of digital merchandising tools and strategies.
- Proficiency in analyzing sales data and leveraging insights to drive decisions.
- Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify Amazon or similar systems.
- Previous startup experience with the ability to adapt to fastpaced dynamic environments.
- Excellent project management organizational and communication skills.
