Job Summary:
We are seeking a Microsoft Power Platform Lead/Architect to join our innovative team. This seniorlevel position requires deep expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform including Power BI Power Apps Power Automate and Dataverse as well as strong experience with Office 365 technologies. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing developing and deploying intelligent supply chain solutions that drive business transformation and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Development: Lead the design development and deployment of solutions utilizing Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power BI Power Apps Power Automate Copilots Dataverse) to address complex business requirements.
Project Leadership: Oversee Power Platform projects from concept to execution ensuring solutions meet client specifications timelines and budgetary constraints.
Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to gather requirements provide expert guidance and develop tailored solutions aligned with their strategic goals.
Governance and Administration: Manage Power Platform governance including environment setup Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies security configurations and compliance.
Performance Optimization: Write delegable functions and create deviceresponsive Canvas Apps. Apply modern design principles to ensure a seamless user experience across a variety of devices.
Workflow Automation: Automate intricate business processes using Power Automate designing and implementing workflows that enhance operational efficiency and data flow.
Integration Expertise: Integrate SharePoint and Power Platform with other enterprise systems (Azure ERP systems SQL databases) using connectors APIs and custom development. Address common integration challenges and propose optimized solutions to ensure seamless data connectivity and information flow.
Technical Skills:
Microsoft Power Platform Development: Proven track record in architecting and implementing intricate Power Platform solutions encompassing Power Apps Power Automate and Power BI. Handson experience in designing and deploying solutions.
Automation and Workflow Design: Experience in automating complex processes using Power Automate including the development of efficient scalable workflows. Mastery of building eventdriven workflows in Power Automate triggered by data updates.
Technical proficiency in Power Platform technologies including Dataverse Common Data Service Power Apps components and Power Automate connectors. Proficiency in utilizing a diverse range of components controls and interfaces within Power Apps.
Power Platform Administration: Comprehensive knowledge of Power Platform administration including environment management DLP policy implementation and security governance.
Performance Optimization: Expertise in optimizing Power Apps for performance including writing delegable functions and crafting responsive Canvas Apps.
Integration Skills: Strong experience working with custom connectors and thirdparty integrations. Familiarity with enterpriselevel systems (SAP ERP) and how they interact with the Power Platform.
Experience Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a Power Platform Developer with a proven track record of creating solutions for complex business challenges.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated experience leading Power Platform projects from inception to successful delivery.
Client Engagement: Proven ability to interact with clients effectively gather requirements and provide solutions that meet business needs.
