Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced storyteller with both copywriting and content writing skills to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience working closely with designers and other content writers as well as product and growth marketing teams to develop compelling campaigns and brandbuilding thought leadership content. You will need a strong aptitude for understanding business technology and communicating the clear value of complex products in an easily understandable conversational and accessible brand voice. Experience in B2B SaaS technology is a huge plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Write and edit highquality marketing content including blog and social media posts white papers case studies website copy video scripts and more.
Collaborate with designers to develop campaigns and collateral that communicates messaging effectively through both written content and visuals.
Manage all social media initiatives including defining a multichannel strategy for social engagement creating content in collaboration with design and multimedia team members and creating opportunities for engagement with potential leads and customers.
Conduct thorough research into target personas and market trends to ensure content accuracy and relevance as well as aligning with product marketing to communicate solution benefits in a way that resonates with our audience.
Optimize web content for SEO and ensure it meets best practices for digital channels while maintaining a consistent brand tone of voice.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to support overall marketing strategies and objectives.
Create test and optimize email sequences that engage contacts and lead them through the buyer journey.
Qualifications:
At least 5 years experience writing both longform and shortform marketing content preferably in a business technology market.
Experience in B2B SaaS technology space preferred
Copywriting experience including campaign ideation concept pitches headline and tagline development and content optimization for conversion.
Proven ability to work collaboratively with designers on complex projects that require both writing and visual execution including ebooks infographics animation storyboarding video scripts and campaign/event themes.
strong understanding of B2B marketing principles especially in the business technology sector.
Excellent writing editing and proofreading skills with keen attention to detail.
Experience applying SEO best practices and writing for digital channels.
Ability to manage multiple projects and adjust priorities when needed.
Strong research skills and the ability to quickly learn the nuanced language of specific technology applications in order to write knowledgably for different Csuite audiences and technology endusers.
Selfmotivated creative independent proactive team member who is able to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
Experience with Asana or similar project management tools.
