3D Coordinator

Roles and responsibilities

Preparing the cleaned engineering model with proper tags based on project requirements on a weekly basis.
Creating automation for 3D model preparation using iConstruct BIM flow.
Preparing PBI reports/dashboards for different project requirements.
Implementing the KPIs for all tasks to verify the data and 3D model quality.
Coordinating with engineering and other disciplines to obtain the proper model and data sources.
Preparing efficient visualizations in EP3D for all the discipline to meet construction and project requirements.
Ensuring the quality and accuracy of the 3D model and data for better visualization and to gain user confidence to use in construction life cycle.
Providing effective solutions using EP3D for real time construction activity.
3D Asset Management:

Coordinate the creation, storage, and organization of 3D assets (models, textures, animations, etc.).
Ensure assets are properly named, tagged, and version-controlled to maintain order in the project.
Team Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with 3D artists, designers, animators, and other team members to ensure project goals are met.
Facilitate communication between different departments (e.g., modeling, texturing, animation, rendering) to ensure smooth workflow.
Ensure that the creative vision is being executed within the technical constraints and project requirements.
Quality Control:

Oversee the quality of 3D assets to ensure they meet both artistic and technical standards.
Review 3D models, textures, animations, and renders to ensure consistency and attention to detail.
Ensure assets are optimized for their intended platform (e.g., games, VR, AR, architectural visualization, etc.).

Good oral and writing skills (English)
Availability to international mobility either for short- or long-term assignment
Technical Competencies :
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of 3D BIM tool such as: Navisworks, Tekla, Autocad 3D.
Basic knowledge in Power BI (Dax and M) and SQL
Project Management:

Experience in project coordination or project management, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong attention to detail and ability to track and ensure progress on timelines.
Communication Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
Ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical team members or clients.
