Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daytoday accounting tasks including bookkeeping accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Handle GST filings GSTR payments and TDS filings and payments.
- Stay uptodate with the latest tax systems and accounting regulations.
- Manage bank reconciliations and assist in stock taking and stock management.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and other accountingrelated documentation.
- Communicate effectively with clients and assist in resolving their accountingrelated queries.
- Schedule and attend meetings with clients as needed ensuring clear communication and professional handling of client needs.
- Work with ERP software such as Zoho Books Zoho Inventory Odoo etc.
- Multitask effectively and demonstrate a proactive selflearning attitude.
Requirements
- A degree in Accounting is mandatory.
- Postgraduate qualifications CA CMA CS inter or equivalent certifications are a plus.
- Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge and experience in accounts payable accounts receivable and stock management.
- Proficiency in ERP software (e.g. Zoho Books Zoho Inventory Odoo).
- Knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings when necessary.
- Strong accounting knowledge and experience in GST filings GSTR payments and TDS filings.
- Experience in bank reconciliation is a must.
- Detailoriented with good organisational and problemsolving skills.
- A strong attitude for continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
- Experience working in CA firms will be an advantage but not a requirement.
- Candidates from Kerala only will be considered.
