Title: Senior Executive Administrator
Location: Springfield/Alexandria VA (Hybrid 2x Week)

About the Role
Our client is seeking Senior Executive Administrator background (Independent Consultant/1099) to join our growing team working with one of our clients. This role does require a federal background investigation. This is a hybrid role based on need and office locations are in Springfield VA and Alexandria VA.
Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
- BA or BS degree is required. BA or BS discipline in business information technology organizational assessment or related discipline is preferred other degrees can be considered if experience demonstrates capability.
- 5 years of experience in leading the conduct of requirements defining activities and formal documentation
- Ability to communicate at executive level effectively both orally and in writing
- Experience supporting top executives administratively in the federal government
- Selfstarter highly skilled with ability to play pivotal role in administrative support structure and clerical support for top executives
- Excellent organizational office management and timemanagement skills
- Ability to propose and assess capabilities of alternative solutions to meet program needs
- Ability to work effectively across divisions crossfunctionally with high volume tasks as well as independently with strong problemsolving ability
- Ability to establish and maintain strong crossfunctional relationships
- Ability to effectively manage several projects at one time
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word Excel Visio and PowerPoint
- Proof of competence in critical areas
Preferred but not Essential:
- MBA or MS degree is desired in business IT organizational assessment or related area however BA or BS degree is required.
- Experience with strategic communications
