Job Description
We here at Teamworx are delighted to be recruiting for a Studio Manager based in Dublin 12.
A full time opportunity at an established ecommerce studio specializing in visual production with the fashion retail sector.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the day to day running of the photographic studio and studio operational and creative teams
- Making sure work is completed to a high standard and checking quality regularly against the agreed guidelines
- Review and development of workflow systems and practices
- Ensure team performance KPIs are met to agreed levels and constantly identifying opportunities to improve quality and efficiency
- Liaising daily with clients to deal with queries managing process and out of process requests as well as provide practical solutions to day to day issues that may arise
- Dealing with technical issues in the studio and problem solving
- Organise and lead departmental meetings
- Manage and implement all projects briefs re shoots and updates to Style Guides.
Essential Skills
- Previous strong retail management experience is essential
- Understanding of retail Ecommerce industry and content specific asset production
- Interest and understanding of Photography and brand content
- Experience of managing and leading teams of operational staff in a high volume production environment
- Understanding of retail and ecommerce environment and processes within retail buying teams and ecommerce operations
- Excellent communication organisational and people management skills
- Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office in particular Excel
