You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a detailoriented and proactive Client Service Associate to join our Portfolio Management firm on a 12month contract. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain handson experience within the financial services industry while supporting a dynamic team in delivering exceptional client service.
As a Client Service Associate you will be responsible for handling administrative tasks assisting in client communications and ensuring smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator wellorganized and proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel Word and PowerPoint.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to portfolio managers and other team members.
Assist with preparing client reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel Word and PowerPoint.
Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely updates.
Handle client inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and efficient manner.
Coordinate client meetings and follow up on action items.
Assist with data entry and other operational tasks as required.
Support the team in preparing materials for client meetings and presentations.
Assist with compliance and regulatory documentation.
Organize and manage filing systems (digital and physical).
Ensure all internal processes and documentation are kept uptodate.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word and PowerPoint.
Previous experience in an administrative or clientfacing role is a plus but not required.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detailoriented and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
A proactive teamoriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
Full Time
